Mickai Training Academy
Tern condition-monitoring and human-handover tabletop

All assets, readings, scores, events, timelines and workload figures are invented.
This is an offline desk study, not a maintenance method or operating procedure.
Do not use real sensor records, connect equipment, or act on the sample scores.
The Academy is not accredited. Completion establishes no engineering fitness,
maintenance competence, legal permission or professional qualification.

Start with SOURCE-PACKET.md and worksheet.md. Every task has a paper route.
The optional program needs Python 3 with its standard library only:
  python evaluate.py
  python -m unittest -v test_evaluate.py

Run those commands from this extracted folder. evaluate.py reads the local CSV
and JSON inputs and prints a report. It performs no network call, model fitting,
register update, equipment control or maintenance action. Exit code 0 means the
declared structural analysis completed, not that a result is safe or approved.
Malformed input returns HOLD_INPUT and exit code 2. The seven expected data-quality
holds in the baseline are reported within a completed analysis, not discarded.

Keep original files and make a copy before mutation exercises. The 36 tests use
copies in memory and one temporary file to test duplicate JSON keys. Normal
Python execution may create __pycache__ locally. The program does not secure
storage or authenticate the people named by a future real workflow.

Read tests 32 and 35 carefully. False prose can pass structured handover checks,
and an omitted event cannot be discovered from a falsified event list alone.
Those tests expose limitations. A person must compare source scope and meaning.

Use RUBRIC.md to review the final paper packet. The worksheet and capstone are
ungraded practice. The separate private knowledge bank is not included here.
No live course, exam, account or certificate is operated by this archive.
