The original Agent gate evaluator is preserved. It validates input shape, principal and resource access, exact approvals, permission epochs, dependency pins and item budgets. Deny takes precedence over needs approval.

What it does not prove

This is a decision worksheet, not an executor. Actors, approvals and dependencies are fixed fictional fixtures. The exercise does not consume real approvals or establish security.

Try this challenge

Compare a changed approved action, a used approval and a stale permission epoch. Explain why each is denied.
