Offline licence check

Issue a toy licence, verify it offline and explore what happens when its fields or clock change.

How this experiment works

Verify the signed payload against a pinned issuer key, then evaluate expiry and the requested feature as separate checks.

What it does not prove

This teaching licence uses ML-DSA-65. It does not reproduce Mickai product licences. Offline expiry depends on the trustworthiness of the clock; revocation is not implemented.

Try this challenge

Change the feature without re-signing. Then restore the licence and move the checking clock beyond expiry.
