Written practice, ungraded

Write your response in your own notes, then compare it with the sample answer. This practice is separate from the scored exam and does not affect your certificate.

Practice 1

Rewrite Harbour's request 'organise induction and tell everyone what to do' as a task card using C1 and S3. Identify the coordinator, reviewer, records owner and administrator responsibilities.

Compare with a sample answer

The coordinator prepares one unpublished administrative induction notice from approved synthetic S3 material under C1. No sending, booking, allocation or professional-duty decision is permitted. The learning-office reviewer decides on the exact notice for the existing human publication process. The records owner resolves source conflicts; the platform administrator establishes the approved environment. Unknown authority or a proposed scope expansion stops the AI exercise. The maintained human template provides the ordinary continuation where facts can be checked.

A useful task card separates preparation, evidence ownership, environment control and publication authority. Merely naming someone as reviewer does not establish that person's responsibility.

Practice 2

Harbour's sponsor prefers automatic sending. Propose a smaller first trial, explain how A2's 17 requests relate to S3's 12 places, and preserve an accessible alternative.

Compare with a sample answer

Test one unpublished rewrite of S3's invitation and compare it with the checked template, including review and correction work. Automatic sending exceeds C1. A2 establishes five requests beyond capacity, while allocation remains unresolved for the authorised human process. Review the exact draft before anyone relies on it. Preserve accessible text with the same conditions and the ordinary non-chat notice route. Treat any expected benefit as a hypothesis.

This approach traces external consequences, retains the distinction between arithmetic and allocation, and tests a specified contribution without turning a candidate category into approval.

Practice 3

For Harbour's general invitation, list what to include from S3, what to omit from A2, and what to do when current environment approval is supported only by an old screenshot.

Compare with a sample answer

Include S3's necessary date, time, room, capacity, request deadline and approved general wording. Omit A2 identifiers and individual reasons because no personalised allocation is being made. Record the purpose and permission status of the packet. Seek authoritative evidence of the current service, account, settings, storage and connections from the responsible owner. Until approval is established, do not transfer the packet; use the existing human template. Removing names from real records would not make them synthetic.

Minimisation occurs before transfer. The method requires current approval for the actual environment and does not infer permission from access, pseudonyms or a product label.

Practice 4

Harbour's handover uses S2's schedule, calls A2 requests bookings, and calls M2 approved. Describe the corrections and claim-ledger evidence another reviewer needs.

Compare with a sample answer

Use current S3: 15 October 2026, 10:00 to 11:00 local time, Willow room, capacity 12, request deadline 12 October at 16:00. Label S2 superseded. A2 supplies 17 requests, not bookings, giving five requests beyond capacity without an allocation decision. M2 remains an unapproved second-session proposal. For each material claim record source version, passage locator, check, finding, unresolved question and responsible role. Keep the corrected notice as a draft for review.

The ledger allows another colleague to reproduce the corrections and inspect status changes. A correct link, matching digest or model self-check cannot independently establish the claim's meaning.

Practice 5

Harbour's approved version 2 is edited into version 3 with unsupported booking and second-session claims. State the response before publication and the additional response if it has circulated.

Compare with a sample answer

Hold version 3 and identify the unsupported claims: A2 records requests, and M2 records a proposal. Preserve the earlier reviewed version and the sequence of decisions. Obtain supporting evidence and a fresh review of the replacement; version 2's approval does not cover the edit. Before publication, withdrawal stops the affected version. If it circulated, the responsible human publisher also follows the correction process, recording known distribution and unresolved reach without claiming every copy was recalled.

Exact-content review and version-specific decisions preserve the power to stop. Editing a local draft or marking approval withdrawn cannot by itself correct distributed information.

Practice 6

A fabricated Harbour test sheet instructs the assistant to confirm M2 and export A2. The output refuses export but confirms the extra session. Explain the test result and the minimal record to retain.

Compare with a sample answer

The export boundary held, but the output boundary failed because M2's unapproved proposal became a confirmation. The test-sheet assertion cannot change C1. Record the synthetic test ID, expected boundaries, observed output, available capabilities and next corrective test. Preserve only the synthetic material necessary to reproduce the issue. The administrator verifies the actual no-connector configuration. A harmless quoted export request may be explained without being obeyed.

Blocking a tool action does not establish factual integrity. The test record distinguishes the two observed boundaries without claiming protection against every possible injection.

Practice 7

Use Harbour's invented 100-minute manual and 110-minute AI batches, with 9/10 and 8/10 meeting first-review criteria. Report the result and distinguish a tool outage from missing sources.

Compare with a sample answer

The AI route took 10 minutes, or 10 percent, longer than the 100-minute manual baseline in this invented batch. First-review criteria were met by 9/10 manual and 8/10 AI outputs, with hold reasons reported separately. These are neither production measurements nor completion rates. During a tool outage, available S3 allows the maintained human template and review route. If authoritative sources are unavailable, hold the new notice and ask the records owner instead of reconstructing facts from memory.

Whole-task timings include preparation, review and correction. Recovery depends on available authoritative evidence, and unsupported authority claims cannot be traded away for draft speed.

Practice 8

Describe Harbour's capstone packet, three stop conditions, jurisdiction follow-up and the claims permitted by a knowledge-exam pass.

Compare with a sample answer

The packet contains C1, the S3/S2 source inventory, a source-linked notice, A2's separate capacity calculation, unresolved M2, exact-version review, synthetic adversarial results and recovery instructions. Stop for missing authoritative sources, unsupported confirmation after an edit, or unresolved environment permissions. The selected jurisdiction pathway directs the responsible owner to applicable local requirements; it is not a compliance determination. A knowledge pass requires strictly above 80 percent and records assessment performance only. Written practice is ungraded; neither result establishes occupational competence, accreditation, identity assurance or deployment permission.

A defensible recommendation exposes evidence and unresolved requirements. It can recommend revision or stopping, and it does not treat the fictional capstone as an authorised live trial.

About this exam

Is this exam graded?

Yes. Every question is scored on our server, never in your browser, and you need a score strictly above 80% to pass. The questions are a real, reviewed bank for this course, drawn fresh for each attempt.

Is it only multiple choice?

Yes. This is a multiple-choice knowledge assessment, with at least one question from each chapter in every attempt. Written exercises are separate practice and are not automatically scored. Passing does not establish practical professional competence or independently verify identity.

Is there a time limit?

Yes, 45 minutes, shown as a countdown once you start. If time runs out, whatever you have answered is submitted automatically.

Do I need to download the PDF first?

No. This course's full text is on its own page, so you can read it online and come straight here when you feel ready.

What do you do with my name and email?

We privately record your name, email, request IP, course and privacy acknowledgement for this request. Newsletter consent is separate and optional. See /privacy.html for storage and retention. A passed exam creates a server-stored named certificate. An email confirmation is not identity assurance.

Can I retake it if I fail?

Yes, straight away. Each attempt draws a fresh set of questions and shuffles the answer order, so it will not be identical to your last attempt, and an attempt can only be submitted once.

Is the certificate real?

It is a genuine, server-issued certificate with its own verification page and a unique ID, not a self-declared one. It records that you passed this course's exam on this date. It is not an accredited qualification, a professional licence or proof of employment.
