Educational status
Mickai Training Academy is provided by Mickai LTD through trust-agent.ai. We are not an accredited training provider. Our courses, workbooks, worked examples, exercises, exams and completion certificates are for educational purposes only. They do not confer an accredited qualification, professional qualification or licence, permission to practise, or authorisation to operate a real system.
Using the materials
The materials provide general learning information, not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Follow the boundaries stated in each exercise. A worked answer or successful exercise is not approval for a real decision or deployment. Actual work still needs the relevant permissions, current evidence, competent judgement and any required professional oversight.
Sources, software and rules can change. Check the date, jurisdiction and scope of a source before relying on it outside the exercise. Course levels and estimated study times describe this learning library; they are not regulated qualification levels or accredited learning hours.
Your study progress
Chapter review marks, activity answers, workbook notes and your self-study completion record are saved in the current browser on this device when browser storage is available. They do not sync between devices and are not sent to Mickai as a completion record. You can export your course work or clear it using the course controls. Clearing browser storage can remove it.
Course registration is separate. Mickai records the registration and uses a browser resume cookie as described in the Privacy notice. Registration records an intention to start, not attendance or completion.
Self-declared workbook certificates
The workbook certificate tool records your declaration that you completed the workbook. Nothing is graded, and completion is not independently verified. It creates the certificate on your device; the tool does not send the name you enter to Mickai. It is separate from the server-issued exam certificate.
Server-issued exam certificates
Where a course has an available exam, the exam page explains its format, time limit and passing rule. Submitted answers are scored on the server. A server-issued certificate records a passing attempt under those rules and has a verification ID. Someone with that ID can view its verification details, including the supplied name, course and result.
Verification checks the certificate record. It does not independently verify the holder's identity, establish practical professional competence or accredit the course. Written practice is unscored where the course labels it as practice. For any exam with automatically scored written answers, the exam page explains the method and its limitations.
Privacy and your choices
Registration, download and exam forms collect personal information separately from local study notes and review marks. Read the Privacy notice for the records collected, storage, retention, verification access and your choices. Newsletter subscription is optional and separate from learning, downloads and exams.
Using and sharing the workbooks
You may download and use the free workbooks for personal learning, study groups and within your own team. Do not resell them or present them as your own work. Direct others to trust-agent.ai for the current version. Any separately identified third-party material remains subject to its own stated terms.
Your rights and contact
These learning terms do not reduce any rights you have under consumer law. They do not exclude responsibility for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
